A MIF inhibitor; a suicide substrate for MIF; inhibits the migration and anchorage-independent growth of A549 NSCLC cells; inhibits proliferation of, and induces apoptosis in, TPC-1 cells at 50 and 100 µM; inhibits MIF tautomerase activity in mouse liver in vivo at 50 mg/kg
