Description
An sEH inhibitor (IC50s = 0.4, 3.1, and 11.9 nM for the human, mouse, and rat enzymes, respectively); inhibits FAAH (IC50 = 260 nM for the human enzyme); increases the mechanical paw withdrawal threshold in a streptozotocin-induced mouse model of diabetic neuropathic pain at 3 mg/kg; prevents isoproterenol-induced EKG abnormalities, as well as reduces isoproterenol-induced increases in infarct size and heart weight, in a rat model of myocardial ischemia at 3, 10, and 30 mg/kg
