Description
Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG1. Clone: Bcl-2/100. Applications: FACS, WB. 50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative). The human bcl-2 gene family plays a central role in lymphoid system cell survival. Continuous expression of bcl-2 protein is critical for preventing apoptosis of mature peripheral B and T cells.
