Description
A prodrug from of ramiprilat; reduces systolic blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats at 2.5 mg/kg per day; reduces aortic valve backscatter and improves aortic flow in a rabbit model of aortic valve stenosis; decreases paw swelling and serum levels of TNF-α and PGE2, as well as cardiac collagen deposition and fibrosis in a rat model of adjuvant-induced arthritis
