Description
For quantitative determination of ammonia/ammonium and evaluation of drug effects on their metabolism. Key Features: Fast and sensitive. Linear detection range of 0.012 - 1 mM ammonia. Convenient and high-throughput. Homogeneous "mix-incubate-measure" type assay. Can be readily automated on HTS liquid handling systems for processing thousands of samples per day. Method: FL360/450nm. Samples: Biological (eg urine) and environ-mental samples. Species: All. Procedure: Assay takes 15 min. Kit size: 200 tests. Detection limit: 12 µM.
