Description
An immunomodulator; reduces splenic counts of Ly6ChiCD115+ inflammatory monocytes and CD11b+CD11c+ dendritic cells in a mouse model of EAE; reduces hepatic fibrosis and accumulation of inflammatory monocytes and neutrophils in the N-IF mouse model of liver fibrosis at 25 mg/kg per day; delays disease onset and decreases insulitis in NOD mice; reduces skin thickness, the number of myofibroblasts, and autoantibody production in the tight skin 1 mouse model of systemic sclerosis at 5 and 25 mg/kg
