Description
Chemical. CAS: 677338-12-4. Formula: C18H17N5O3. MW: 351.4. PIK-90 is a potent PI3K inhibitor with IC(50) values of 11, 18, and 58nM for p110alpha, gamma and delta isoforms respectively. It has an IC(50) of 350nM for the p110beta isoform. It also has low mTOR activity.
