Description
A PROTAC that drives MDM2 degradation; induces degradation of MDM2, which increases p53 levels, in RS4;11 cells at 10 nM; inhibits the growth of RS4;11 cells (IC50 = 1.5 nM); induces complete tumor regression and does not affect body weight in an RS4;11 mouse xenograft model at 50 mg/kg every other day for three weeks
