An inhibitor of TG2 (IC50 = 0.25 µM); induces relaxation of U-46619-precontracted isolated rat mesenteric arteries in a concentration-dependent manner; activates KCa1.1/BKCa channels in isolated rat smooth muscle cells at 30 µM; decreases blood pressure in anesthetized rats at 0.1, 1, and 2 mg/kg
