The 5X Lysis Binding Buffer and accompanying Protease Inhibitor Cocktail are shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, store the 5X Lysis Binding Buffer at 4°C and the Protease Inhibitor Cocktail at -20°C.
Description
The 5X Lysis Binding Buffer is meant to be used for lysing and storing cells for use with either the Active Motif KRAS In-well Lysis ELISA Kit, cat. no. 52100/52105 or the Ras GTPase Chemi ELISA Kit, cat. no. 52097. Each 20 ml bottle contains enough buffer to lyse 200 samples of 2 x 10^7 cells.
