Description
Human secreted interleukin 17 A (IL-17A) also known as, IL-17 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 8 (CTLA8) GenBank Accession No. NM_ 002190, a.a 20-155(end), expressed in an E. coli expression system. This protein exists naturally as a homodimer; M.W. = 17.5 kDa (monomer); 35 kDa dimer. - Useful for studying protein function and protein-protein interaction studies. - Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥100 g/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
