Description
An agonist of TLR1/2; selective for TLR1/2 over TLR2/6 in a SEAP assay; induces NF-κB signaling in a reporter assay at 5 µM; increases NO production in RAW 264.7 cells and primary rat macrophages at 3.6 and 0.4 µM, respectively; increases TNF-α production in RAW 264.7 cells (EC50 = 0.06 µM)
