Description
An inhibitor of Kv1.3 and Kv1.4 (IC50s = 0.23 and 0.3 µM, respectively); selective for these channels over Kv1.1, Kv1.2, Kv1.5, and Kv1.6 channels (IC50s = 62, 14, 19, and 20 µM, respectively), as well as Kv3.1, Kv3.2, Kv3.4, and Kv4.2 channels (IC50s = 17, 10, 36, and >10 µM, respectively); inhibits anti-CD3 antibody- or ionomycin- and PMA-induced thymidine incorporation in isolated human peripheral blood T cells (IC50s = 4.7 and 5.2 µM, respectively)
