An inhibitor of B-RAF and C-RAF (IC50s = 24 and 25 nM, respectively); selective over 13 other kinases at concentrations greater than 2 µM; inhibits p38α and CAMKII (IC50s = 216 and 822 nM, respectively); inhibits proliferation WM 266-4 and HT29 cells (IC50s = 920 and 780 nM, respectively)
