Description
Our Anti-TRAAK potassium channel mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N445/27. It detects mouse and rat TRAAK potassium channel, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC. - Potassium two pore domain channel subfamily K member 4 is encoded by the gene KCNK4. KCNK4 is a member of the two pore domain potassium channel (TC 1.A.1.8) family. KCNK4 homodimerizes and functions as an outwardly rectifying channel. KCNK4 is regulated by polyunsaturated fatty acids, temperature, and mechanical deformation of the lipid membrane. KCNK4 is expressed in the brain, spinal cord, and eye. Diseases associated with KCNK4 include Facial Dysmorphism, Hypertrichosis, Epilepsy, Intellectual/Developmental Delay, and Gingival Overgrowth Syndrome. -
