Description
Our Anti-Synaptotagmin-6 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N270/47. It detects human, mouse, and rat Synaptotagmin-6, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, WB. - Synaptotagmins are a family of calcium sensing, membrane trafficking proteins. 17 different synaptotagmins have been identified in mammals. Synaptotagmin 6 is thought to be a key component of the secretory machinery involved in acrosomal exocytosis (Michaut M. et al., 2001). -
