Description
Our carrier-free Anti-SynCAM4 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N244/5. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat SynCAM4, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB. - SynCAM4 cell adhesion molecule, Immunoglobulin Superfamily, Member 4C (IGSF4C), or Nectin-Like Protein 4 (NECL4) is encoded by the gene CADM4 and is a member of the Immunoglobulin-like Cell Adhesion Molecules family. SynCam4 is a cell adhesion molecule involved in many cell processes including the mediation of cell-cell adhesion and assembly, neuronal migration axon growth and differentiation. SynCAM1 is expressed in several tissue types including brain, kidney and liver. Diseases associated with with this gene include Small Intestine Adenocarcinoma. -
