Description
Our PTCH1 rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is produced in-house. It detects mouse PTCH1 and is antigen affinity purified. It is great for use in WB. - Mutations of the human Patched tumor suppressor gene (PTCH) have been identified in individuals with the nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS) as well as in sporadic basal cell carcinomas and medulloblastomas. -
