Description
Our Anti-JMJD2A mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N154/32. It detects human JMJD2A, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC. - Lysine Demethylase 4A is encoded by the gene KDM4A. KDM4A is a member of the JHDM3 histone demethylase family. KDM4A is a nuclear protein that contains a JmjN domain, a JmjC domain, a JD2H domain, two TUDOR domains, and two PHD-type zinc fingers. KDM4A functions as a trimethylation-specific demethylase, converting specific trimethylated histone residues to the dimethylated form, and as a transcriptional repressor. KDM4A is expressed is several organs with the highest expression in the lungs. Diseases associated with KDM4A include Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder. -
