Description
Our carrier-free Anti-JIP-2/IB-2 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N135/37. It is KO validated, detects mouse and rat JIP-2/IB-2, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB. - Mitogen-activated protein kinase 8 interacting protein 2 is encoded by the gene MAPK8IP2. MAPK8IP2 is a member of the JIP scaffold family. MAPK8IP2 is a scaffold protein that is involved in the regulation of the c-Jun amino-terminal kinase signaling pathway. MAPK8IP2 has been shown to interact with and regulate the activity of MAPK8/JNK1 and MAP2K7/MKK7 kinases. MAPK8IP2 is expressed in the brain and testis. Diseases associated with MAPK8IP2 include Cervical Verrucous Carcinoma and Isthmus Cancer. -
