Description
Our carrier-free Anti-Clcn4 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N222/6. It detects human, mouse, and rat Clcn4, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB. - Chloride Voltage-Gated Channel 4, CLCN4 or H(+)/Cl(-) exchange transporter 4 is encoded by the gene CLCN4 and is a member of the voltage-gated chloride channel (ClC) family. CLCN4 is a proton-coupled chloride transporter. CLCN4 is expressed in skeletal muscle, brain and heart. Diseases associated with this gene include Raynaud-Claes Syndrome and X-Linked Intellectual Disability Syndrome. -
