Description
Our carrier-free Anti-CNGA1 and CNGA3 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone L36/12. It detects mouse and rat CNGA1 and CNGA3, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB. - This antibody recognizes both Cyclic Nucleotide Gated Channel Subunit Alpha 1 and Cyclic Nucleotide Gated Channel Subunit Alpha 3, which are both members of the cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel family. These ion channels function in response to the binding of cyclic nucleotides. CNG channels are nonselective cation channels that are found in the membranes of various tissue and cell types, and are significant in sensory transduction as well as cellular development. -
