Description
Our carrier-free Anti-ATAT1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N347/42. It is KO validated, detects human, mouse, and rat ATAT1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB. - Alpha-tubulin N-acetyltransferase 1 or ATAT is encoded by the gene ATAT1 and is an enzyme which belongs to the acyltransferase family. ATAT1 functions to acetylate alpha tubulin at Lysine 40. ATAT1 is thought to be involved in microtubule growth, for instance during chemotaxis and the formation of cilium. ATAT1 exists in multiple isotypes. ATAT1 is expressed in many tissues including brain, kidney, retina and testis. Diseases associated with ATAT1 include Von Willebrand Disease, Type 3 and Blood Coagulation Disease. -
