Description
Our Anti-6xHis mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N144/14. It detects 6xHis, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC. - 6xHIS or His-tag is a commonly used recombinant tag that consists of 6 sequential histidine residues placed at the amino or carboxy terminus of a targeted sequence. 6xHis is useful for purification of proteins or visualization by western blot or immunocytochemistry. -
