Description
Our Anti-14-3-3 protein eta mouse monoclonal primary antibody detects human, mouse, and rat 14-3-3 protein eta, and is IgG. It is validated for use in ICC, IHC-Frozen, WB. - 14.3.3 protein eta or 14.3.3 binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif. Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner (Ref SwissProt). 14.3.3 protein eta is widely expressed as both homodimers and heterodimers and are concentrated in the nervous system. High concentrations of 14.3.3 protein eta have been linked to Creutzfeld Jacob Disease, Parkinson's Disease and early-onset schizopherenia. -
