Store the GST-Raf-RBD protein and Positive Control Extract (AsPC-1) at -80°C. The antibodies and protease inhibitors should be stored at -20°C. All other kit components must be stored at 4°C prior to use.

Active Motif's KRAS In-well Lysis ELISA Kit is a highly specific assay for detecting and quantifying active KRAS protein. Using an optimized concentrated lysis buffer, cells can be lysed directly within cell culture wells for transfer to the ELISA assay, saving valuable time.
