Description
Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 3C-like Protease, full length, encompassing amino acids 1-306(end). This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag followed by a C-terminal GST-Tag. The recombinant protein contains mutations of interests (T21I) and (A173V) and is affinity purified.
