Description
1,3-Dioleoyl-2-linoleoyl glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains oleic acid (Item Nos. 90260 | 24659) at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions and linoleic acid (Item Nos. 90150 | 90150.1 | 21909) at the sn-2 position. It has been found as a major molecular species in butterfat.{46189} It has also been found in A. trifoliata seed oil (ASO), as well as, to a lesser extent, in physical blends and interesterified products of ASO.{46188}
