Description
(E/Z)-Locostatin is a mixture of (E)-locostatin and (Z)-locostatin. (E)-Locostatin inhibits the protein-protein interaction between Raf and phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1) and the migration and wound closure activities of MDCK kidney cells (IC50 = 14 µM).{52129,52130}
