Description
For quantitative determination of ascorbate (ascorbic acid) and evaluation of drug effects on ascorbic acid metabolism. Key Features: Use 20 µL samples. Linear detection range: colorimetric assay 6 to 1000 µM, fluorimetric assay 1 to 100 µM ascorbic acid. Method: OD570nm, or FL530/585nm. Samples: Serum, plasma, urine, saliva, milk, tissue, and cell culture. Species: All. Procedure: Assay takes 10 min. Kit size: 100 tests. Detection limit: OD, FL: 6, 1 µM.
